Kryptiq and PYA recently presented a virtual Town Hall meeting on chronic care management (CCM) and other value-based reimbursement initiatives. Tom Sullivan, Executive Editor at HIMSS Media, moderated the expert panel, which included PYA Principal Lori Foley.
