Five PYA executives will speak February 20 at a Missouri Hospital Association seminar on healthcare mergers and acquisitions.
Jeff Ellis, Martie Ross and Chris Wilson of PYA’s new Kansas City office will be joined on the program by David McMillan and Pete Pearson from Knoxville. The meeting is designed to help hospital leaders identify, evaluate, and implement merger, acquisition, and other affiliation arrangements to meet the needs of their organizations and communities.
Members of hospital boards of directors, physician leaders, hospital executives, attorneys, and consultants are expected to attend.
