PYA Principal Carol Carden proves that sometimes there can never be enough of a good thing! For the second year in a row, Carden has been appointed to the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) Women’s Leadership Council. In conjunction with her fellow council members, Carden will monitor the Women’s Network Forum, networking events, professional development opportunities, and assist in making members’ involvement in the Association more satisfying.
Carden specializes in business valuation consulting services, primarily in the healthcare industry. Her key areas of expertise are in finance, valuation, managed care, and revenue cycle operations for healthcare organizations. Her work has included performing appraisals of businesses and securities for a wide variety of purposes such as mergers, acquisitions, estate planning, and commercial litigation matters. She often is called upon to speak at national conferences, summits, and seminars.
