Rhonda holds nearly three decades of experience assisting clients as a state and local tax advisor. Her expertise includes diligence reviews, nexus studies, audit and voluntary disclosure agreement negotiation, issues research, refund reviews, and other state tax consulting projects. She is also experienced in researching state and local tax issues and developing tax planning strategies for PYA clients.
Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and is a licensed CPA in the state of Tennessee. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
