PYA to Discuss Items of Long-Term Impact at AHLA’s LTC Program

Much to discuss with long-term impact on the long-term care (LTC) industry at this year’s American Health Lawyers Association’s (AHLA) Long-Term Care and the Law program, February 22-24, 2017, in San Diego, CA.

PYA provides numerous LTC and post-acute-care services including compliance reviews of home health, hospice, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, inpatient and outpatient behavioral services, and skilled nursing facilities. Further, one item of critical focus for PYA is CMS’ upcoming federal requirement that all LTC facilities establish an antibiotic stewardship program (ASP) as a condition of participation in Medicare.   PYA offers comprehensive ASP solutions to the LTC sector, helping to improve patient safety and slow the advance of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

From medical necessity, clinical documentation, and coding reviews to assessments for regulatory compliance, PYA offers comprehensive solutions for LTC compliance and is poised to dialogue with attendees about their facilities’ needs.
