Kristen Davidson

Kristen brings more than two decades of diverse experience to PYA’s Compliance Advisory team, including health system operations, regulatory compliance, human resources, and revenue cycle improvement. Given the unique blend of these experiences, Kristen has a global health system perspective that allows her to understand complex situations and lead efforts toward resolution. Kristen is a strategic thinker with strong conceptual and leadership skills for identifying and minimizing obstacles and achieving optimal outcomes. Kristen is a published author and co-author, and routinely speaks on regulatory compliance at national meetings.
Kristin earned her Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Memphis as well as her Bachelor of Science, Health Information Management from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Kristen is also a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional—International (CCEP-I), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), HCCA, a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), and a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA®).
Kristen is a member of the American Health Information Management Association, National Association of Healthcare Quality, Healthcare Compliance Association, and Tennessee Health Information Management Association. She volunteers for Feed the Homeless, Inc. and is a Mission Trip Volunteer for Project Hope.
