“Effective Compliance Due Diligence”

PYA Senior Manager Kristen Lilly-Davidson will present at the Health Care Compliance Association Healthcare Enforcement Compliance Conference. The conference brings together compliance experts as well as government enforcement leaders to give an overview of regulatory changes, expectations, and key priorities.

Kristen will be joined by Zach Simpson and Susan St. John, attorneys with the Florida Healthcare Law Firm. Their presentation, “Effective Compliance Due Diligence,” will:

  • Explore the foundation of a comprehensive compliance-centered due diligence process.
  • Explore how transaction structures affect the scope and approach of due diligence, review the minimum compliance due diligence that should occur, and share best practices for monitoring post-transaction compliance and mitigation of identified risks.
  • Examine case studies, lessons learned, practice tips, risks, and common pitfalls of conducting due diligence.

The conference will be held virtually November 8-10, 2021. Participants can earn up to 21 CEU credits.
