PYA Lends Virtual Support to AHLA Fraud and Compliance Forum

As we continue to live in a “virtual world” during the pandemic, many organizations have taken their in-person events online. The American Health Law Association (AHLA) will host a Virtual Fraud and Compliance Forum this year, packed with education that addresses emerging regulatory trends, recent case law and legislative developments, and their effects on legal and compliance practices in healthcare. PYA is pleased to support AHLA’s efforts as a gold sponsor and will join legal counsel, compliance officers, and government representatives for sessions that cover the latest enforcement efforts in the areas of Stark Law, False Claims Act, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.

The event takes place Sept. 30-Oct. 2, 2020. Learn more and register.

If you have questions related to any areas of compliance during the pandemic or otherwise, visit PYA’s COVID-19 hub, or contact a PYA executive below at (800) 270-9629.
