Let’s “Virtually” Talk Compliance — PYA and Foley & Lardner to Host Master Class Webinar

PYA and Foley & Lardner will host the third annual “Let’s ‘Virtually’ Talk Compliance” master class on Friday, January 22nd. The panel of presenters includes healthcare attorneys, certified public accountants and valuators, and healthcare advisors. This complimentary webinar will also have a roundtable discussion to answer participant questions on physician compensation, Stark Law/Anti-kickback Statute compliance, transactions, telemedicine, and cybersecurity. Classes included in the event:

  • Managing Cybersecurity Threats
  • Unintended Consequences of Due Diligence
  • Update on the Telemedicine Landscape
  • Physician Compensation: Hot Topics

Panelists include PYA experts Angie Caldwell, Lori Foley, Barry Mathis, and Valerie Rock; along with Foley & Lardner attorneys Jackie Acosta, Chanley Howell, Jana Kolarik, and Roger Strode.

CPE, CLE, and CHC credits will be available. While we invite you to attend the entire Master Class, we understand how valuable your time is. For that reason, feel free to jump off, or jump on, to the sections that are of most importance to you. Keep in mind you will only able to earn CLE/CHC/CPE credits by attending the full duration of a session.
