For the seventh time, PYA has earned the designation of a “Top Workplace” by Knox News. PYA is the only accounting firm in the midsize category and the largest to receive the honor. The firm has been named a Top Workplaces honoree every year it has participated in the program.
Additionally, PYA received the 2025 “Most Clued-in Senior Management” award, recognizing the firm’s top leaders for their engagement, vision, integrity, and trustworthiness based on employee feedback. In 2024, PYA President and CEO Marty Brown received the Top Workplaces Leadership Award.
The 2025 Top Workplaces designation recognizes companies in the Greater Knoxville area that create outstanding workplace cultures for employees. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential, voluntary third-party survey that measures several aspects of the workplace culture, including respect, support, growth opportunities, and empowerment.

The 60,000-square-foot Brookvale 2 building at 6016 Brookvale Lane will be PYA’s fifth headquarters in its 42-year history to accommodate growth, support employees, and better serve clients.
