Mouzhan Mangum

Chief Administrative Officer

Mouzhan leads and manages the administrative and operational functions of PYA’s five office locations, working closely with the Chief Operations Officer.  In her role as Chief Administrative Officer, Mouzhan directs and formalizes the personnel and general administration policies; leads day-to-day operations; manages office services, location facilities, and service line administrative assistant support; and oversees various reporting to the Firm’s owners.  She works with owners and C-level executives on program and project implementation, as well as other administrative management initiatives.

In addition, Mouzhan leads PYA’s talent acquisition (TA) team, which focuses on searching for, engaging, and retaining top mission-fit professionals at all levels—from executive hires to campus recruits.  She partners with Firm leadership, based on growth and staffing needs, to develop recruitment strategies that incorporate brand recognition into recruiting efforts across all healthcare management consulting, tax and accounting, and audit and assurance service lines.  She also serves as a member of the Firm’s Recruiting & Retention Committee.

Mouzhan additionally oversees the human resources (HR) team, which is responsible for Firm-wide performance reviews; benefit administration, including annual renewals; and other employee engagement efforts.  As part of her role on the operations team, she provides additional support of other Firm initiatives, such as learning and development programs (PYA University) and speaker training for each service line.

Mouzhan received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Georgia and her Master of Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School.
