Tim Royster
Principal
Tim has been in the public accounting field since 1980. He has served audit and assurance clients in a number of industries including manufacturing, wholesale distributors, software development/sales, utilities, broadcasting, construction, government, and healthcare.
Tim’s experience includes preparing financial statements and performing audits for numerous entities, including hospitals, entertainment businesses, utilities, not-for-profit organizations, foundations, and local government systems. He has expertise in employee benefit plan audits and merger and acquisition due diligence.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee and is a certified public accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Tim has held offices in the Greater Knoxville Beautification Board and the Cedar Bluff-Farragut Optimist Club.
