For a fourth year, PYA, a national leading certified public accounting and professional services firm, has been named a “Top Workplace” by the Knoxville News Sentinel. In the Knoxville area, PYA was 1 of only 18 companies in its class that qualified for a Top Workplaces honor and was the only CPA/Consulting Firm, as well as the only professional services firm in its business category. In addition to this recognition, PYA President and CEO Marty Brown received a special award for leadership, based on employees’ confidence in the leader of the company.
The Top Workplaces award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey that measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
