Providers that received more than $10,000 in Provider Relief Fund (PRF) payments prior to July 1, 2020, must report on their use of those funds by September 30, 2021. Additionally, the Office of Management and Budget recently released the 2021 Compliance Supplement, signaling that Single Audits of federal awards, including Provider Relief Funds, can proceed.
PYA Principals Martie Ross and Mike Nichols will present “CARES Act Provider Relief Fund: Compliance Concerns” at the Health Care Compliance Association’s (HCCA) Kansas City Regional Healthcare Compliance Conference. In their presentation, they will:
- Address permitted and prohibited uses of Provider Relief Fund payments.
- Discuss documenting and reporting on funds’ use and Single Audit requirements.
- Help attendees prepare for anticipated enforcement activity.
The conference will be a one-day, in-person event held September 17, 2021.
Attendees are eligible to receive a maximum of 7.2 continuing education units at this conference. Learn more and register.
