PYA announces Tracy Purcell has joined the firm as Principal in Revenue and Compliance Advisory.
Purcell has over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, specializing in Medicaid and Medicare managed care programs and large-scale state health initiatives. She has led complex operations, product strategy, provider contracting, and vendor management across multiple states. Purcell is highly skilled in regulatory compliance, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) negotiations, and strategic planning.

Over two decades, Purcell supported Medicare eligibility and appeals for 700 employees, developed a Medicaid health plan serving 140,000 members, managed $60 million in vendor contracts, and served as a representative in CMS court cases.
She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee. She is active in Progress Inc. and Wreaths Across America.
