She has a strong track record of leading complex operations and overseeing product strategy, enrollment, provider contracting, and vendor management across multiple states. Tracy is highly skilled in regulatory compliance, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) negotiations, and strategic planning.
Tracy earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee. She is active in Progress Inc. and Wreaths Across America.
