She has a strong track record of leading complex operations and overseeing product strategy, enrollment, provider contracting, claims processing, and vendor management across multiple states. Tracy is highly skilled in regulatory compliance, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) negotiations, and strategic planning.
Tracy earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee. She is active in Progress Inc. and Wreaths Across America.
