With nearly three decades of experience in healthcare, Lee Ann brings clinical, operational, strategic, and leadership skills to PYA’s clients. As PYA’s Performance Transformation Service Line Leader, Lee Ann deploys her comprehensive health system operations acumen and applies PYA’s existing financial and strategic planning resources to provide clients with a holistic approach to transform operations.
Lee Ann’s experience includes health system executive leadership, hospital president positions, clinical operations management, service line development, and merger and acquisition integration. This expertise, along with her clinical background and executive leadership roles, equip her to engage with PYA clients’ front-line staff as well as C-suite leaders.
Lee Ann earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Wayne State University, a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration degree from Central Michigan University, and a Certificate in Managing Healthcare Delivery from Harvard Business School. A licensed physical therapist and nursing home administrator, Lee Ann served as president of the Michigan Association of Medical Program Rehabilitation Administrators and was an examiner with the Michigan Quality Council.
