Every effort will be made to resolve the matter promptly and effectively. Actions taken to resolve matters will be handled confidentially to the extent feasible. PYA adheres to an anti-retaliation policy meaning no hardship, loss, benefit, or penalty may be imposed on an employee in response to reporting an incident.
