On October 27, CMS published the 2024 ESRD 2024 Final Rule. On November 1, the agency published the 2024 Home Health PPS Final Rule. On November 2, CMS published three final rules: the 2024 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule, the 2024 OPPS Final Rule, and the OPPS Remedy for 340B-Acquired Drug Payment Policy for CYs 2018-2022 Final Rule.
