The panel provided guidance about preparing your business for a sale and examined hot and cold healthcare industry trends, followed by a Q&A session. In addition to Andrew’s expertise related to healthcare transactions, panelists included investment bankers specializing in advising healthcare companies, and transaction and growth planners who advise companies as they undertake these significant transactions.
