Among privately held firms, it is in the Top 10 for the second year in a row. PYA remains one of the very few firms headquartered in the Southeast to be ranked in the Top 25.

Since 2006, Modern Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare business and policy news, has published healthcare consulting firm rankings. The rankings are based on total net healthcare revenue for the previous year.
PYA also is consistently recognized in other esteemed rankings and recognitions. In 2024, the firm was ranked by INSIDE Public Accounting as one of the Top 100 largest accounting firms in the U.S. and by Accounting Today as a U.S. leader in consulting and one of the Top 100 CPA firms in the nation. PYA also was named by USA TODAY as one of the 2024 Top 100 Most Recommended Tax Firms and Top 100 Most Recommended Accounting Firms.
