CPA Certification Assistance

For full-time employees, PYA pays for all approved continuing education courses that may be required in order to:

  • Comply with state and national licensing requirements
  • Sharpen skills that may be helpful to an employee’s occupation

PYA University (PYAU)

PYAU is a learning and professional development program designed to foster leadership and engagement skills for professionals as they grow in their professional services careers. Podcasts, live classes, and other materials offer a wide range of educational topics specifically structured toward positive career development.

Corporate Citizenship

Giving back is part of the PYA fabric, and we encourage employees to engage in community service efforts to contribute to the greater good. The firm donates thousands of hands-on service hours each year as well as financial donations to various organizations.

As a firm, we have partnered with organizations such as the American Heart Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Random Acts of Flowers, Second Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, St. Jude, and United Way to name a few.
