2021 Summer Leadership Connection
The deadline for our 2021 Summer Leadership Connection (SLC) has passed, however, PYA looks forward to connecting with students in academic programs at campus recruitment events in the coming months!

For full-time employees, PYA pays for all approved continuing education courses that may be required in order to:

PYA University (PYAU)
PYAU is a learning and professional development program designed to foster leadership and engagement skills for professionals as they grow in their professional services career. Podcasts, live classes, and other materials offer a wide range of educational topics specifically structured toward positive career development.
Giving back is part of the PYA fabric, and we encourage employees to engage in community service efforts to contribute to the greater good. The firm donates thousands of hands-on service hours each year as well as financial donations to various organizations.
As a firm, we have partnered with such organizations as: Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Random Acts of Flowers, Second Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, and St. Jude, to name a few. Community service is a vital component of who we are, and we provide paid time off to employees who collaborate together to give back to the communities in which we serve.
