Michelle focuses on forensic accounting, business valuation, and transaction support. Her work includes conducting due diligence, asset tracing, valuation analyses, and other financial assessments in healthcare and other industries. Michelle’s forensic accounting services often involve the investigation of alleged financial misconduct, asset misappropriation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and other complex litigation. Her valuation experience includes assessments of intangibles and business entities to support transactions and litigation matters.
Michelle earned Master of Accountancy in Taxation and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, degrees from the University of Tennessee. She is active in the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, where she is involved with Student Outreach, the Advancement and Recruitment Speakers Bureau, and Forensic and Valuation Services Conference Planning Committee. She is also a member of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association.
