PYA Principal Quoted in HCCA Article on New E/M Documentation Guidelines

PYA Principal Valerie Rock provides guidance related to new E/M documentation guidelines in a recently published Report on Medicare Compliance. She is quoted in the article, “New E/M Documentation Guidelines, Table Take Effect Soon; ‘There Is a Different Mindset.’” The article explores the 2020 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule regulation alignment of E/M coding with changes to be published in the American Medical Association CPT Manual in 2021.
