A Firm Owner, Mouzhan Mangum has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer, leading the Firm’s day-to-day operations, directing and formalizing the personnel and general administration policies, and managing office services and location facilities. She has been directly responsible for overseeing Human Resources, as well as the Administrative and Talent Acquisition teams. Mouzhan works with other Owners and C-suite executives, as well as department, program, and service line leaders on Firm, operational, learning and professional development, and administrative management initiatives.

“Over the years, Mouzhan has tirelessly worked to polish the PYA brand. Her efforts have elevated both our operational and administrative performance,” said PYA President and Chief Executive Officer Marty Brown. “She is a team builder who maintains a positive outlook as she works to resolve challenges critical to our business operations.”
