PYA Announces New Leadership Roles

PYA is pleased to announce new roles within our leadership team. Three PYA team members have taken on new responsibilities, while we welcome a recent hire to a newly created role.

A Firm Owner, Mouzhan Mangum has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer, leading the Firm’s day-to-day operations, directing and formalizing the personnel and general administration policies, and managing office services and location facilities. She has been directly responsible for overseeing Human Resources, as well as the Administrative and Talent Acquisition teams. Mouzhan works with other Owners and C-suite executives, as well as department, program, and service line leaders on Firm, operational, learning and professional development, and administrative management initiatives.

Her efforts have elevated both our operational and administrative performance,” said PYA President and Chief Executive Officer Marty Brown. “She is a team builder who maintains a positive outlook as she works to resolve challenges critical to our business operations.”

PYA also welcomes Nina Eiler to the newly created role of Corporate Counsel and Director of Litigation Support. A litigating attorney for nearly a decade, Eiler will assist PYA’s consulting and testifying experts in managing litigation projects, reviewing expert reports, and assisting in deposition and trial preparation. She will also assist the Firm’s Executive and Operations teams with contract reviews and other legal and compliance matters. Eiler holds both a law degree and undergraduate degree in Business with a focus on Logistics and International Business from the University of Tennessee. She is based in PYA’s Knoxville headquarters.

“We are fortunate to have someone of Nina’s caliber and professionalism join our team,” said Brown. “We are looking forward to the increased efficiency and leadership she will bring to the preparation of important litigation projects and the value she brings to clients as an experienced litigator.”

PYA has also announced Bill Price has assumed the role of Corporate Counsel, and Brad Leskoven has been named a Senior Manager & Director of Tax Operations—Atlanta office.
