PYA has announced that Mouzhan Mangum and Bob Paskowski have been promoted to the role of Equity Principal, effective January 1, 2021.
Mouzhan Mangum joined PYA in 2013 as the Director of Talent Acquisition and was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer in 2018. She leads the administrative and operational functions of all six office locations. In addition to her role directing personnel and administrative policies, Mangum leads PYA’s Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams. She has extensive expertise in organizational development, marketing project management, and communication.

Mangum is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds a Master of Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the Terry College of Business of the University of Georgia.
Bob Paskowski has more than three decades of experience with healthcare expertise in payer strategy, finance, reimbursement, and data analytics. He joined PYA in 2016 as a Consulting Principal for the Strategy and Integration team. Paskowski specializes in building payer and provider relationships and has a proven record in financial performance, business growth, and operational excellence.
Paskowski is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Virginia. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Applied Statistics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
