PYA Principal Tynan Kugler presented during the American Health Law Association’s Fraud and Compliance Forum. This year’s forum was focused on changing regulations and trending compliance issues in the healthcare industry, as well as recent case law and legislative developments impacting providers. Tynan joined Jody Rudman of Husch Blackwell and Jeffrey S. Cohen of the OIG Office of Audit Services for a presentation, “Don’t Hide Under the Desk When the Government Knocks: Tools to Prepare for CARES Act Audits and Enforcement Efforts.”
