Jessica Scouten, Director of Forensic Services, Senior Manager, Strategic and Transaction Solutions, and president of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Tennessee Chapter, will join a panel discussion examining emerging trends at the global TMA Network of Women (TMA NOW) Summit on May 7-8 in Nashville.
The summit brings seasoned turnaround and restructuring professionals together to engage with women leaders who are driving transformation in the industry. Attendees include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, consultants, and members from academia, government, and the judiciary.
On May 8, Scouten will join a panel discussion exploring key drivers and emerging trends contributing to distress and uncertainty in the healthcare industry. Topics will include the restructuring of skilled nursing facilities, the impact of the current administration on Medicare and Medicaid, the vital role of healthcare ombudsmen, and other timely topics.
