Luke Hilt
Manager
As a manager in PYA’s Strategic and Transaction Solutions program, Luke provides business valuation and related advisory services for various entities, including physician practice groups, joint ventures, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, and health systems. In addition to providing business valuation services, Luke also has experience in evaluating compensation and service arrangements between healthcare organizations and physicians. Additionally, he provides litigation consulting services related to lost profits, mergers and acquisitions, and various dissolution matters.
In addition to his work in PYA’s Strategic and Transaction Solutions service line, Luke also serves as a consultant to other PYA consulting internal and client service areas, including PYA’s Black Box and reimbursement teams.
Luke holds Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Economics, and Finance degrees from East Tennessee State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
