Principal

Jennifer has been assisting clients with tax needs since 1997. She has historically served individuals, partnerships, and corporate entities and supported clients on federal and multi-state tax compliance matters as well as tax planning and consulting engagements. Her experience in various industries includes retail, professional services, for-profit healthcare, real estate, and more. Jennifer has a wide range of accounting experience, which enables her to provide relevant and timely advice and assistance to business owners and individuals.

Over her career, Jennifer has provided tax planning and consultation on real estate transactions and developed tax strategies for entity purchases. She is adept at implementing succession plans for corporate and partnership entities and action plans to minimize tax liability.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee and is a certified public accountant. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds leadership roles in the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has served as a board member of the Singleton B. Wolfe Memorial Tax Conference.
