Principal
Deuce has nearly three decades of physician operations and compensation design experience. His work with health systems and physician enterprises enables him to assist PYA clients from a strategic, financial, tactical planning, and operational perspective. Deuce’s extensive experience includes the development of integrated care delivery networks serving health systems and hospitals of all sizes and types, from large safety-net county hospitals and major academic centers to Critical Access Hospitals, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and Rural Health Clinics.
Deuce has also participated in academic practice group strategic planning and cost-based accounting analysis, as well as chaired multiple operational improvement committees.
Deuce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University and is a Certified Training Consultant for Ball State University Center for Entrepreneurial Resources. He is a long-standing member of MGMA.
