Political discussions converged with industry discussions to effect the advancement of healthcare at this year’s Florida Hospital Association (FHA) Annual Meeting. The agenda features a roster of heavy-hitter speakers and breakout sessions that include:
- “Moving Health Care Forward—Focusing on Quality”
- “A Political Outlook and Discussion”
- “American Politics”
The keynote address, “Leadership and Risk Management: Taking Command,” was delivered by Adm. William H. McRaven, former University of Texas System Chancellor and Retired U.S. Navy Four-Star Admiral. Other high-impact thought leaders include Donna Brazile, a renowned political strategist, campaign manager, and commentator; Nicolle Wallace, a political analyst, anchor, best-selling author, and former White House communications director; and Doris Kearns Goodwin, a presidential historian and Pulitzer-Prize-winning author. PYA experts looked forward to learning from and sharing insights with other healthcare industry thought leaders during the conference’s educational and networking opportunities.
