PYA is pleased to announce the promotions of Tina Collins, Tax Services, and Kristen Davidson, Revenue & Compliance Advisory, to the role of Principal, and other promotions effective July 1, 2023.
Tina Collins has been working in the areas of tax planning and income tax return compliance review for nearly two decades. She serves a wide range of clients, including healthcare specialists, attorneys, real estate professionals, and other business professionals. Tina is an Enrolled Agent through the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)—a designation that allows her to practice and represent clients before the IRS.
Tina earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Carson-Newman University. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the Tennessee Association of Enrolled Agents, and the National Tax Preparer Institute.

Kristen Davidson brings more than two decades of diverse experience to PYA’s Compliance Advisory team, including health system operations, regulatory compliance, human resources, and revenue cycle improvement. She is a published author and routinely speaks on regulatory compliance at national meetings.
Kristen earned a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Memphis as well as a Bachelor of Science, Health Information Management, degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional—International, Certified in Healthcare Compliance, HCCA, a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, and a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA®). Kristen is a member of the American Health Information Management Association, National Association of Healthcare Quality, Healthcare Compliance Association, and Tennessee Health Information Management Association.
