Jeffrey has over 40 years of progressive leadership experience spanning oncology services, hospital administration, business development, and clinical operations. He is skilled in planning, creating, and implementing programs to support smart growth within the hospital enterprise and managing regulatory and compliance issues. Jeffrey is recognized for building collaborative partnerships and providing innovative healthcare solutions to improve patient care, expand access, and strengthen financial performance.
Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing degree from Ottawa University. He is involved as a volunteer with Hope Lodge, serves on the advisory board of Turning Point – Center for Hope & Health, and is on the City of Westwood comprehensive plan steering committee.
