Megan’s talents are cross-disciplinary. She assists not-for-profit entities and healthcare organizations – hospitals, health systems, and physician practices – with tax planning and review of tax returns, as well as researching and developing strategies for mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, affiliations, and joint ventures.
In addition, for nearly a decade Megan has served the tax needs of one of the largest multi-state commercial and residential real estate development and construction firms in the Southeast. She also provides tax support to high net worth individuals, estates, and trusts. Finally, her expertise also includes providing ongoing business advisory support to a host of professional services firms.
Megan earned a Bachelor degree in Accounting at Tennessee Technological University and a Master degree in Accounting at the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Society of Women Accountants.
