As a member of PYA’s valuation and transaction advisory leadership teams, Kelsey assists PYA clients in compensation valuation and modeling, commercial reasonableness assessments, business valuations, financial analysis, forecasting, and quality of earnings analysis. In addition to several years of fair market value and healthcare business valuation experience, Kelsey’s expertise includes audit and assurance, as well as industry-focused accounting and financial reporting experience at a global public accounting firm.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Accountancy, Audit and Controls Concentrations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a licensed CPA and a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs.
