Allison specializes in providing operational improvements to physician practices. She administers new practice establishment, practice transitions, and population health management planning. Allison has significant experience in accounts receivable turnarounds, financial control reviews, human resource management, regulatory compliance, physician compensation modeling and redesign, and patient centered medical home certification. Allison helps create more efficiency within practice operations by capitalizing on opportunities for improved revenue and aligning practice staffing, processes, and compensation models with current or planned quality initiatives.
Allison is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers. She is also a member of Atlanta Medical Group Management Association and credentialed as a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Allison has also achieved the status of the National Committee for Quality Assurance Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert (PCMH CCE)—a certification currently held by fewer than 70 individuals in the southeastern United States.
She holds a BS degree in Finance with an emphasis on Financial Management and a minor in Economics from the University of Alabama.
