For many older adults, the pandemic has exacerbated matters such as access to healthcare, social isolation, and engagement with the digital economy. The Digital Equity Summit, presented by Comcast, explored the evolution of telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, highlighting the impact on older adults. PYA Principal Martie Ross was a featured speaker during the hour-long discussion that focused on policy, technology, and service delivery innovations. The aim was to identify opportunities to provide better health outcomes and quality of life for seniors through digital solutions.
