PYA President Marty Brown recently guest-authored a column for Knoxville Style Magazine on PYA’s high percentage of female ownership. The article highlights PYA’s strong female presence, especially in leadership roles, as compared to much larger counterparts. As Marty explains, while the high percentage of female ownership in the Firm was not intentional, it reflects a deeper commitment to working as a team and a philosophy of letting talent and ability drive the Firm’s future and its success.
