PYA Principals Scott Clay and Jim Lloyd will be participating as industry experts during the Buy, Sell, Partner Summit as part of the New Frontiers 2018 Urgent Care Association (UCA) Fall Conference. The UCA conference is October 12-14, 2018, in Houston, TX. The Buy, Sell, Partner Summit on October 14 will focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), valuations, deal considerations, due diligence, and post-transaction integration of urgent care facilities.
Scott Clay will participate in the “Creating Value Through Mergers and Acquisitions” panel. The group will respond to audience questions as they discuss real-life M&A experiences including:

Jim Lloyd will be participating in a panel discussion regarding “Where the Money Is: Understanding Ambulatory Care Valuations.” This panel will examine:

- Best practices of valuation.
- The “dos and don’ts of the deal.”
