  • Elaborated on key provisions within an affiliation agreement to position for growth and scalability.
  • Discussed the regulatory approval process and governmental oversight, both for the initial and follow-on transactions.
  • Identified benefits and efficiencies to be gained through effective integration of affiliating providers.
