Sara Fulton

Senior Manager

Sara is a seasoned professional with a demonstrated aptitude for producing significant results in operational performance, revenue enhancement, cost savings, process improvement, and strategy development and execution across diverse industry operating environments.  She develops and executes thorough and thoughtful approaches to meet existing and emerging business and market requirements.  Specific to healthcare operations, her leadership spans inpatient, outpatient, single-specialty, and multi-specialty practice operations, including hospital-owned, independent physician-owned, and contract service practices.  Additionally, Sara has led new practice start-ups, mergers, integrations, and separations, including site selection, real estate contract negotiations, practice build-out, staffing, and management.  She has widespread experience in marketing, business development, service line development, physician recruiting and contracting, physician compensation valuation, and information technology integration.  Her proficiency traverses both fee-for-service and fee-for-value environments.

Sara holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Speech Communication from the University of Tennessee. She is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and Certified Medical Practice Executive. She is a member of both the American College of Medical Practice Executives and the Medical Group Management Association. She serves on the Executive Leadership Team for Go Red for Women with the American Heart Association.
