Kathryn Culver


Kathryn performs fair market valuations for physician practice groups, hospitals, and health systems, and evaluates compensation agreements between health facilities and physicians.  In addition, Kathryn has a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

She has presented for several organizations on topics such as healthcare valuation, practice valuation, and physician compensation planning and has co-authored articles in various healthcare industry publications, including Becker’s Hospital Review.

Kathryn received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and her Master of Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University.  She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of California and Tennessee. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Society of Appraisers. She sits on the council of the Young Professionals Network with the American Health Lawyers Association as well as a Academic Medical Center Practice Group Volunteer. She is also on the Forensic and Valuation Services Committee with the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a volunteer with the Knox County Junior Achievement program. Kathryn is currently studying for the Certified Fraud Examiner credential as well as pursuing the American Society of Appraisers credential.
