Kathryn Culver


Kathryn performs fair market valuations for physician practice groups, hospitals, and health systems, and evaluates compensation agreements between health facilities and physicians.  In addition, Kathryn has a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

She has presented for several organizations on topics such as healthcare valuation, practice valuation, and physician compensation planning and has co-authored articles in various healthcare industry publications, including Becker’s Hospital Review.

Kathryn received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and her Master of Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (California and Tennessee), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, she is an Accredited Member (AM) of the American Society of Appraisers. She sits on the council of the Young Professionals Network with the American Health Lawyers Association as well as a Academic Medical Center Practice Group Volunteer. She is also on the Forensic and Valuation Services Committee with the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.

She is a member of the Young Professionals of Knoxville, volunteers with the Knox County Junior Achievement program and sits on the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run.
