Private Equity Playbook: Perspectives on Transaction Planning for Seller’s Counsel

Health lawyers nationwide will convene at the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) Annual Meeting to discuss and analyze the latest hot-button legal issues in healthcare.  More than 50 breakout sessions will offer in-depth exploration of transactional and valuation issues, labor and employment,  reimbursement, health information and technology,  fraud and compliance, and more.

  • Best practice insights to ensure due diligence success.
