Lyle Oelrich has been elected an equity Principal of PYA, effective July 1, President Ed Pershing has announced on behalf of the owners of the firm.
Lyle received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wake Forest University and his Master of Healthcare Administration (with Finance Concentration) from The University of North Carolina. Upon graduation from UNC, Lyle joined PYA in June 1999 and has focused on the development of Fair Market Value Compensation projects.
He is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Certified Medical Practice Executive with the American College of Medical Practice Executives, a member of the East Tennessee Healthcare Executives Association, a member of the Medical Group Management Association to include the Knoxville Chapter, active in other community organizations such as United Way where he serves on the Branding & Messaging Committee and the Sequoyah Elementary School Foundation where he serves as President. Additionally, Lyle authored a healthcare book: The Top 15 Staff Management Policies and Procedures for Physician Practices.
