Jim Lloyd
Mr. Lloyd is a shareholder and a senior member of PYA’s valuation and litigation services practice. Jim specializes in providing business valuation, fair value measurements for financial reporting, fair market value compensation studies, economic damages analysis, forensic accounting and related consulting services to the firm’s clients. Mr. Lloyd has broad industry experience in banking, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, transportation, and wholesale distribution among others.
In addition to being a frequent speaker at various national and regional conferences, Mr. Lloyd is also active in the business valuation discipline and currently chair’s the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ ABV Credential Committee.
