Eddie Phillips
W. Edward Phillips is a Shareholder in the firm's Atlanta office, who specializes in tax issues affecting the healthcare industry. With approximately twenty-five (25) years of experience in public accounting, Eddie has broad experience in all aspects of federal and state income taxation. He currently works with many of the firm's largest healthcare providers, payers and physician practices.
Eddie is a 1980 graduate of The University of Alabama (Bachelors of Science, School of Accountancy). He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Alabama and Georgia Society of CPAs, and he currently serves as the Co-Chairman of the GSCPA Healthcare Section. He is also active in the Healthcare Financial Management Association having recently served as President of the Georgia Chapter. Eddie is licensed to practice in Alabama, Florida and Georgia.
