The Difference

Passion… The Difference is our Knoxville receptionist Micki, who has been known to dive into dumpsters to find a lost rolodex and jump onto luggage carousels at airports when she had to retrieve something of importance as quickly as possible.

Loyalty… The Difference is Braco and Vesna, he a bank vice-president and she a lawyer in their home country of Yugoslavia ten years ago. When they fled the war and came to America, they brought two children and did not even know our language. PYA hired them and we are truly a much better firm with Braco and Vesna here. They light the halls of our Knoxville office and remind everyone of the promise that is held for us each day.

Commitment… The Difference is late nights and early mornings, flights across the nation, running into PYA colleagues at the Atlanta airport (you do not fly anywhere from Knoxville except ATL!)

Friendship… The Difference is happy hours after work, basketball games in our gym on Mondays and Thursdays, celebrations over birthdays, citizenship, births, promotions, and the occasional career change of valued colleagues.
