Doug Yoakley

Doug Yoakley provides tax planning and compliance services to a wide variety of business organizations, individuals, and industries. Doug's primary areas of expertise are in structuring joint ventures and partnerships, corporate reorganizations, new entities to attract venture capital, cost segregation studies on real estate acquisitions, and valuations and acquisitions.

Doug is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He serves on the Knoxville Estate Planning Council and is Director of Camel Manufacturing, Inc. and the Knoxville Amateur Hockey Associations. He is also Secretary and Director of JCL Clinical Research, Inc. and Concepto Diagnostics, Inc. in addition to being Chairman of The Philadelphians, Inc.

Doug is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of CPAs and Tennessee Society of CPAs.
