Mike Shamblin

Mike Shamblin provides external and internal auditing services; as well as financial advisory services, primarily in the healthcare, banking and technology industries.  Mike has significant experience with SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance.  He has assisted several clients in performing organizational risk assessments and in developing action plans to correct internal control deficiencies.

Mike is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Master of Accountancy degree and Bachelors in Business Administration.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking.

Mike is a member of the following organizations/committees: The Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA); The American Institute of CPAs (AICPA); The Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA); The TSCPA Financial Institutions Committee; The East Tennessee State University Department of Accountancy Advisory Board; and The University of Tennessee President's Club.
